Role Overview…
We at G Force Martial Arts are excited to be opening our next Martial Arts school in Coventry. We are now seeking two exceptional Martial Artists to lead the classes twice a week. Full training in our syllabus will be provided. Our lesson plans have been developed over 20 years by G Force founder Sensei Gordon Burcham (3 times World Kickboxing champion) who still today oversees his 600 student martial arts school in Rugby.

G Force have been teaching people aged 4yrs to 74yrs martial arts for the last 20 years. Our different programmes have been enjoyed by thousands of students, many of whom progress to become fully qualified instructors themselves.
As a G Force employed instructor, as part of your role you will be trained in and qualified in the G Force 12 module instructor programme.
What we require from you…
You have earned a black belt in a martial art (it doesn’t matter which martial art).
You have a passion for martial arts.
You enjoy learning new things and improving.
You enjoy teaching and supporting others.
You are an excellent communicator.
You want to be a part of the fastest growing martial arts franchise in the country.
You are excellent at following processes.
You are highly professional and positive in your thoughts, words, action and appearance.
You are extremely organised and efficient and deliver even under pressure.
You learn from your mistakes, continually acquire new skills and ways of improving what you do.
You must be available from 4pm – 9pm on two evenings per week (we arrange cover for you when you are ill or on holiday).
